Purpose of the position:

The incumbent, under the supervision of CS Manager, is responsible for management of CS operation centre, including repair of components, local sourcing of spare parts, inventory management and fulfillment of CS orders.

Key responsibilities:
1.Respond to repair request of defective components and arrange repair work properly, liaison with SAE or product centers for technical support when required
2.Conduct local sourcing of spare parts, evaluate suppliers and track sourcing records to ensure quality and cost criteria are met
3.Fulfill CS orders, liaison with product center and custom for shipment and custom clearance, ensure quality and timelines are met
4.Manage inventory of spare parts and components, ensure proper forecast and supply
5.Analyze repair data for management and product centers’ reference

Requirements:
?Degree/Diploma holder in electronics, mechanical, materials, equipment or equivalent
?Minimum 2 years experience in engineering field of machining, mechanical, or similar field, preferably with technical sourcing or repair experience
?Good communication and coordination skills
?Able to work with high independence and work under pressure
?Self driven and proactive, a team player with strong customer focus
?Good English (oral & written)
?Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office
