Mission of function

- Responsible for visitor's reception,newspaper/mail's dispatching, switchboard's daily maintenance

负责公司来访接待、报刊及信函的收发、电话设备的日常维护保养。

Task

1. Provide the switchboard manual service on the phone,and transfer the call or take a message according the situation 提供总机人工查询服务，并视情况进行转接或留言

2. According with the visitor's reception regulation, make a good visit record and arrangement,keep the visit record for future reference;依据公司访客接待制度，做好来访人员的登记和接待工作并保存好访客登记记录

3. Dispatch newspaper/mail in time and make a record, insure the dispatching is normal,in time,correct and the record is kept well for future reference 收发公司的报刊、信函并做好收发记录，保证公司文件收发的正常、及时、准确并保存好收发登记记录

4. Distribute the birthday's present to the staff 发放员工生日礼物

5. Print the admin's document 打印行政文件

6. Responsible for managing and assorting the meeting room.负责管理、协调会议室的使用

Experience
