[Mission]:
- Identify and establish relations with industry OEMs according to SFLL strategic plan and develop right product and process
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
- Develop criteria for vendor screening based on SFLL strategic plan
- Research on industry OEM’s business
- Set up vendor contact and plan
- Design leasing product for new and existing vendors
- Design and provide training for vendor sales and SFLL sales
- Regular vendor reporting
- Initiate request for new products for existing vendors
- Develop vendor development and business plan
- Vendor relations management

- Legal, Tax, Risk and field sales, internal sales, vendor partners
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
[Experience]:
- > 5 years experience in multinational business or > 3 year experience in business development function in leasing or finance company
- Experience in interfacing with multi functions
- Experience in multinational companies or reputable finance/banks preferred
[Knowledge]:
- Deep knowledge of industry OEMs markets or lease/finance business
- Office Software
- Basic knowledge on legal and tax in China
- Deep knowledge on multi business sectors, Siemens industry experience is desired
[Education]:
- Bachelor or above
