职位描述：
收货：
1. 根据公司的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品，必须符合公司的质量标准。
2. 按照采购单内容和数量，办理验收手续。
3. 验货时如发现数量差错，质量不符合要求的，应拒绝收货并及时报告主管。
4. 在办理验收手续手，应及时安排上架。
5. 编制每日收货汇总表。
6. 根据日常采购订单，跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品。
7. 有条理地做好文件的存档工作。

包装：
1. 根据车钩基本包装要求，熟练掌握包装方法，正确使用包装工具和包装所用材料。
2. 包装货品时要选择大小适宜的木箱，内部货品要充实，严禁“货小箱大”包装
3. 不严实现象。
4. 空隙处用软质材料填实，使货品不能在箱中晃动。确保运输途中无损坏。
5. 包装员应严格执行验视制度，不得一丝妥协，确保型号及数量与发货单上
6. 一致，确定无误后，方可撕下发货单与货品按包装要求进行装箱包装。
7. 每次工作结束后要做好整理、整顿、清扫、清洁工作。
8. 日常包装材料存放规范。

发货
1. 根据计划的通知和凭证发货。
2. 根据发货凭证所列内容，逐一核对配货的品名、规格、型号、数量等内容，核对准确后发货，并做好发货记录，取得收货单位和人员的签收回执。
3. 发货后将发货凭证和收货单位签收回执交保管员记录并归档。
4. 服从分配，按时完成领导指派的工作。
5. 积极提出改进工作的设想，协助领导作好本部门的工作。

考核技能：

？ 熟悉并了解公司生产方面相关工作流程；
？ 了解运输方式及其特征；
？ 熟悉物流管理业务流程；

Dellner Train Connection Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (DCCN) - was established as Dellner’s subsidiary in China in 2003. Our Chinese subsidiary located in Shanghai Xinzhuang area contains of an assembly workshop and staff for Sales, After sales, Procurement and Project management. Our Chinese office will play an important part in our expansion plan. Therefore, we are currently recruiting several positions to meet the increasing demand for our products.
