职位描述
I. Responsibilities
Planning & Controlling of all commercial Functions in a Project, which includes but is not limited to:
1. Order Entry Calculation
2. Preparation of Project Status reports
3. Controlling of key figures of the project such as:
- Calculated/ Expected/ Actual Cost
- Calculated/ Expected/ Actual Sales
- Controlling of Project Procurement
- BoM
4. Approval of project related invoices
5. Issue of project related contracts & agreements
6. Payment follow up
7. Controlling of Engineering hours written
8. Commercial Contract Analysis in Pre-Order and Order Stage
9. Know How Transfer to Junior CPM's by menas of on-the-job-training
II. Education and Experiences
1. College or above, major in finance or related
2. 3 - 5 years commercial administration experience
3. Excellent communication skill
4. Fluent English of speaking, reading and writing
