职位描述
Goal
1. supporting the worldwide EO IP network(steam and Gas turbines for Oil&Gas industry applications) sourcing activities in China regarding supplier quality management.
2. work with commodity team to develop supplier base for assigned commodity.
Task
1. supplier qualification, evaluation and development for export and domestic demand of components, auxiliaries and material
2. investigate the supplier market as member of procurement team regarding terms of capability, capacity and product
3. evaluation/ survey and assessment of potential suppliers
4. support procurement team during RFQ phase in internal and exteral clarifications in terms of technical delivery specifictions
5. initiate and conduct supplier audits on site according to product, process and system in adjustment with EO IP location worldwide
6. take responsiblity for product readiness, expediting and initiate PPQ for export and domestic orders
7. arrange and conduct reviews of suppliers performance as a part of the supplier development strategy
Competencies
1. Profound knowledge in Welding engineering, Heat treatment and painting
2. Good knowledge in NDT testing(UT, MT, RT, PT)
3. Good knowledge of supplier quality control process & tools
4. Good knowledge in ISO9001/ ISO14001/ OHSAS18001
5. Good knowledge of European and China material standard
6. Knowledge of industry turbines/ acoustic systems
7. Good communication skills, bilingual chinese english language skill in both oral and writhing
8. skill in MS office(Excel, powerpoint, word, MS project)
Experiences
1. Bachelor degree of mechanical or wedding engineering
2. 5+ years as mechanical SQE
3. work experiences in turbine machine industry is prefer
