Main job responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Planning

? Preparing of company budget & forecast

? Managing rolling forecasts and actual costs analysis on a timely basis

? Providing appropriate financial evaluation / analysis

? Preparing and evaluating capital expenditure projects, long-term financial plans and financial returns

? Analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual results and KPIs to enable informed decision making by management

? Setting up financial analysis modeling systems

? Monitoring cash flow and intercompany transaction

Credit Control/Management

? Oversee credit control process, including customer credit check, invoicing, payment lead time, etc.

? Management of old debts

? Developing & monitoring collection plan

? Regular reporting and updating management with debts/collection performance

? Full ownership of debtors KPI's

Expenses Monitoring, Accounting & Analysis

? Expenses review and control against budget or forecast

? Analysis for variances with budget and analytical review on monthly movements

? Project expenses accounting and reporting

Costing Analysis

Others

? Support in Group Reporting & MBR

? Other ad hoc tasks from manager

Professional Requirements:

? University degree majored in Accounting/Finance is must;

? At least 5 years Analysis and Accounting working in global manufacturing companies

? Good potential to develop;

? Good English communication and presentation skills;

? ERP experience, Kingdee K3 is a plus;

? Good Microsoft Office skills;

? Positive personality and strategically logic thinking.
