职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、管理学校市场营销，制订市场调研、市场开拓等方案并组织实施；
2、负责塑造和管理学校品牌形象，提升品牌的市场占有率；
3、收集分析行业市场情况，撰写有关市场计划，提交市场分析和总结报告；
4、制定线上线下推广方案，并落实执行，反馈效果；
5、负责潜在客户资源开发，为咨询服务提供有效客户资源；
6、管理市场推广人员，能够及时有效的完成校区规定的市场任务。

任职要求：
1、市场营销或教育管理类专业大专以上学历，3年以上的留学教育行业营销经验，熟悉高端留学教育培训市场，有留学中介机构、出国培训机构工作经验者优先。
2、对市场营销工作有较深刻认知，有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态，市场方向的能力；
3、大型活动的策划案例，品牌营销经验；
4、良好的组织决策和沟通协调能力，丰富的团队建设和管理经验；
5、优秀的沟通能力及谈判技巧，亲和力强，具团队合作精神，积极主动并自我激励。 举报 分享
