Job Description:

Ensures process is controlled according to the agreed Payroll procedures.
Ensures operating procedures are maintained, understood and followed by staff.
All relevant Payroll transactions are processed accurately and on a timely basis. All KPIs are reported systematically, deadlines are met.
Continually strives to simplify, standardise and improve processes.
Continually considers improvement opportunities and encourages the team to do the same.
Focuses on maintaining a good Team spirit, through proactive communication, coaching and counselling, in line with SSC policies and procedures.
Schedules, prioritises and allocates work to the team.

Qualifications;
At least 3 years experience in position of supervisor level in management experience in Payroll area.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
A quick leaner & adaptable to changes.
Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access; experience in HRIS is a must.
Logical thinking skills and strong communication skill.
Knowledge management skills, summarize the practice experience and find improvement approach to optimize the workflow.
