职位描述
Mission Of Function:
1. Governance accounting quality, accounting tool
2. Provide expertise to NEA ARE to implement FRG and local reporting requirement;
3. Ensure audit activities properly coordinated in NEA and improve accounting

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
1. Reporting:
Prepare analytical review (FS Review report) on ARE/country level based on Analytical review result of respective ARE and issue improvement advice;
Send the final FS Review Report to Cluater.
Review country IFRS BS, P&L, CFS, ADSTAR for HR, Compliance, TRE, SFS, Tax topics. Review country HBI BS
2. Guideline:
Setup & update and communicate NEA accounting guideline under framework of FRG, including COA, Credit control, AR allowance, M&A accounting, provision allowance policy, Impairment policy, HR accounting, Financing accounting, Compliance accounting, tax accounting etc.
Support cluster/country in issuance, interpretation, communication and implementation of accounting guidelines and Accounting Instruction.
3. Process:
Coordinate, development and monitor HR accounting, TRE accounting, Tax accounting, compliance accounting related accounting processes
4. Training:
Support cluster to implement training plan in country
5. Audit :
Monitor remediation status of MLC issued by external auditor, CF A, OR (financial topics) on country level
6. AD HOC:
Support G&C Cluster in other control issues

Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge)
1. Technologies: Concrete Professional knowledge in general accounting and finance
2. Professional Knowledge: Solid IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC consolidation & reporting, Tax Accounting 3. Technologies: Siemens Financial Reporting Guideline/ Implementation Guideline
4. Professional Knowledge: SoA control 5. Technologies: IT application: Spiridon & Esprit
6. Technologies: MS-office
7. Professional Knowledge: English
Essential (today and in future)
- Professional: 3-5 years Siemens accounting & reporting experience; project experiences of M&A etc; presentation skill; expert training skill
Project / Process:
- Spiridon, Esprit experience is must; Experiences of Integration project.
- SoA working experience/ Audit experience is a plus.
