Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
? 1.Discuss requirement with client and mapping to our Product. Business understanding and analysis with team members.
? 2.Guide team to analyze technical design proposal & determine the best approach
? 3.Control quality of the team delivery with PM
? 4.Support PM managing team to achieve the task in schedule and under cost
? 5.Guide team member to understand and design technical solution
? 6.Requirement discussion and documentation
? 7.Lead team to build solutions with efficient and effective programming
? 8.New system development and enhancement to existing system
? 9.Problem solving
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
? 1.At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial environment with at 4 years development/consultant project ; at least 2 years experience as team leader in a implementation project
? 2.Software system development using ASP and/or .NET; System architecture skills; Database design skills,
? 3.Requirement collection and analysis capability ,
? 4.Customer communication and business analysis experience
? 5.CRM application development and support
? 6.Pharmacy industry experience
? 7.Good Communication, team work
