招聘职位：分析员

主要职责：

1. 融资及上市投行项目的执行；

2. 负责行业分析并撰写研究报告；

3. 负责公司市场文件方面的工作，主要包括准备公司推介资料，为潜在客户提供项目建议书，尽职调查报告以及行业分析报告；

4. 负责准备体现客户公司主要特征的商业计划书, 财务模型以及公司推介文件；

5. 负责融资及上市后续工作;

6. 协助发展新的项目。

职位要求：

1. 必须具有强烈的学习愿望和主动工作的积极性；

2. 财务、金融专业本科或硕士以上学历，具有海外留学/工作背景优先；

3. 分析、写作能力强，能熟练使用MS Office各种软件；

4. 具有较好的沟通能力和英文阅读能力；

5. 能适应经常出差的工作。

Position: Analyst
Key Responsibility:
1. Responsible in executing Financing and IPO deals;
2. Responsible in preparing analysis reports on various industry/sector;
3. Responsible in perform marketing documents such as preparing pitch books, presenting proposal to potential clients, conducting due diligence of clients and preparing industry research report;
4. Fully involved in the preparation of business plans, financial model and presentations describing the key features of the client companies.
5. Responsible for post-transaction work.
6. Involvement of new transaction’s related marketing works.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master degree in accounting or finance, or MBA. Overseas education of working experience is preferred;
2. Strong analytical ability. Experience with various financial software packages as well as Powerpoint (PPT);
3. Experienced in financial modeling (high quality and efficiency);
4. Fluent in English, strong communication skills and outstanding English-writing capability;
5. Prefer investment banking experience or related experience in the investment field.
