职位描述：

Responsibilities:

· Support the assigned Global Customer Operations (GCO) team with administration tasks

· Assist with headcount scheduling, duty roster maintenance and resources dispatching

· Maintains records of GCO quotes and customer purchase orders

· May prepare project scheduling, statistical and budgeting reports as required

· Responsible for generating, reviewing and distributing various assigned reports

· Filing, organizing and maintaining field office document (FSR, FSO, S/O, PO, service contract, accepted document, invoice, etc.)

· Project management responsibilities including routine and ad hoc projects that have a distinct beginning and end

· Functions as part of cross-functional team required to complete a project

· Recommends, interprets and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.

· May generate monthly customer invoices in liaison with Finance

· Other office Admin duty may assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of related experience

· Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English sufficiently well to perform job functions

· Computer literate

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good team player
