Archibat HR is looking for the Senior Sales for an leading logistics company. This organisation is a world leader in logistics services built upon a strong reputation and trustworthiness. They specialise in luxury, fashion and accessories and consider caring for the customers’ products during its service as the most important matter.
工作职责 Job Description:
?1. 开拓业务及发展客户,尤其是奢侈品市场。负责市场信息的收集。
Explore business opportunities and development, especially in the Luxury market;Market information gathering.
2. 了解客户动态,竞争对手信息,对未来市场有充分预见性以及能采取对应措施。并按照公司战略开展工作。
Sensing customer's status, competitor status, forecast trend and prepare action item; Carry out strategic action
3. 与客户保持良好的关系,及时更新客户清单并实时了解客户的售后需求并解决。
Calls on current and potential customers, provide the client list and keep updating. Maintain good relationship with clients; perform after sales support to clients, problem solving.
4. 每周向直属上级报告工作情况,更新销售业绩。
Keep reporting to line manager by every week, update the sales status. 5. 跟进新客户,发展新项目并准备竞标。
Follow new customers and projects/bidding development.
6. 根据公司的发展需求,建设并管理销售团队。
Build up and manage sales team to meet company requirements
7. 通过业务的增长和新客户的发展保持销售业绩的不断增长。
Maintain sales growth performance through expanding business volume and developing new customer accounts
8. 配合内部各部门开展工作。
Work closely with different internal parties
9. 领导布置的其他工作。
Other jobs assigned by direct line manager.
任职要求Requirement:
1. 本科以上学历,6-8年在奢侈品及进出口贸易的相关工作经验,有相关物流,销售及客户的工作经验优先考虑
At least 6-8 years of sales experience with strong knowledge of luxury products export and import process (candidates with logistics. sales or customer services field experience will be advantage)
2. 全面了解奢侈品市场,在相关行业有良好的资源优先考虑
Comprehensive understanding of Luxury market. Candidates with good connection in luxury industry is highly preferred
3. 优秀的沟通能力
Good interpersonal skills with different races
4. 英语流利,会法语更好
Good command in both written and spoken English and French (not mandatory)
