Main Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the site purchasing coordination and China site energy purchasing management, aligned with the group's objectives to identify opportunities for benefit generation and contribute to improve the profitability of GBU in China
? Carry out Energy purchasing in China in line with the GBU/Group standards
? Identify saving opportunities and be responsible for the saving of energy purchasing assigned to him, monitor and report these saving through Company's Action Tracking Tool and ARIVA.
? Lead the energy purchasing activities in China. Including purchasing strategy and supplier panel set up, sourcing and consulting service for internal customers.
? Provide energy sourcing and purchasing services to satisfy the saving interests of internal customers no matter they are in China, other countries or other zones.
? Contribute to the development of energy purchasing management system, such as reporting, documents standardization and etc.
? Site purchasing coordination and share best practices
? Establish & update an Energy map with key figures for Solvay sites in China (Consumptions, cost, evolution, etc.)
? China site energy contract negotiation and management
? List the actions already done or in progress to save Energy
? Identify potential savings and key priorities

Requirements:
? At least 7 years of purchasing experience for industrial and energy purchasing is preferred
? Minimum Bachelor Degree,major in engineering.
