? JJC/SJJ/SJJP/DaBao GSS/Tru/CW的系统管理人员；
System admin of GSS/Tru/CW within JJC/SJJ/SJJP/DaBao.
? SJJP间接供应商的管理；
Indirect supplier management of SJJP
? SJJP质量协议的管理；
Quality Agreement management of SJJP;
? JJC/SJJ/SJJP/DaBao培训管理，监督培训矩阵和培训计划的制定，并定期跟踪和督促其他部门培训的完成;
Training management of JJC/SJJ/SJJP/DaBao, including establishing training matrix and training plan as well as monitoring completeness.
? 支持质量文化相关项目；
Support Quality culture promotion programme;
? SJJP文件系统管理；
Document management of SJJP
? 支持Tru系统上线项目；
Support Tru programme;
? 上级主管交付的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
? 药学或相关专业大学本科或以上
Bachelor degree or above of pharmaceutical related majors;
? 三年或以上外资企业文件管理经验；
3 years plus experience of document management in foreign company;
? 熟悉制药公司的质量体系，文件体系与培训体系；
Familiar with quality system ,especially document management and training management of pharmaceutical company;
? 积极进取，工作努力 ；
Positive attitude and work hard;
? 能独立建立文件系统；
Be able to build document management system independently;
? 良好人际交往和沟通能力；
Good communication skills;
? 对技术信息的更新敏锐而善于吸收；
Good at learning and absorbing updating information;
? 良好的英语读写能力；
Good reading and writing skills of English;
? 计算机操作能力强；
