4、精神：有创新、创业精神，心里素质好，能承受压力并积极面对；

5、健康：有健康体魄，心态平和，乐于组织活动者优先。

工作内容：
1、公司合伙人或企业副总级别，负责公司发展规划；
2、负责团队日常运营，项目谈判，市场开拓，销售计划制定等；
