1、部门沟通与人员协调。
1.1 了解汇报近期的工作重点、业务要点及管理方面的思想。
1.2 及时了解各项业务的进展情况，并提交整理反馈的信息给上级，有效地协助上级推进工作。
1.3 协调与各部门之间的关系，建立服务意识并提供相应服务。
2、资产管理。
2.1 负责办公设备采购
2.2 固定资产管理相关工作
3、费用管理。
3.1 天津、成都相关费用统计、申报。
3.2 负责公司水、电费、电话费、停车费等缴费以及根据每月费用产生情况及时分析各项数据，确保正常使用；差旅、住宿费统计。
3.3 供应商款项账单续费及支付。
4、酒店机票管理。
4.1 负责酒店、机票、火车票的预订，并及时反馈。
4.2 负责开拓酒店资源。
5、企业文化管理。
5.1 协助组织公司活动的开展。
5.2 负责公司员工福利的发放与管理。
6、宿舍管理。负责宿舍入住安排及信息记录。
7、与供应商沟通细节及突发状况等。
任职要求：
1、声音甜美，普通话标准，英语较好者优先考虑。
2、性格开朗，形象气质良好。
3、能熟练操作常用办公软件。
4、责任心强，有一定的沟通协调能力。踏实，办事灵活。
5、行政经验两年及以上
