职位描述

Duties & Responsibilities: -


(a) Project implementation
- Coordinate the activities of system implementation to meet major milestones and the overall project timeline;
- Communicate with the key user to gather the requirement for the business process flow, and translate them into system requirements;
- Configure the system according to our business requirements for the business scenarios;
- Prepare functional specifications and authorization matrix, communicate with Development and Basis Teams, and resolve any issues in the design;
- Assist the users to identify the business scenarios for testing in the system and gather the user comment;
- Document testing scenarios, guide and work with users to identify and resolve the issues arisen during testing;
- Coordinate cut over activities during system implementation;
- Train up the key users to get familiar with the system

(b) Help Desk Support
- Troubleshoot the issues raised from the users and provide recommendations to the users to resolve the issues;
- Gather the user requirements for the system support in the perspective of daily operation, report usage, authorization, etc;
- Agree with the users for the priority and deadline for completion of the user request;
- Complete the user requirements within the agreed deadline with quality;

(c) Business process modeling and enhancement

- Provide an update and training to the users for the new development in the system;
- Work with the users to improve and enhance the data and analysis available in the system, so as to facilitate better management decision making;
- Propose work / system flows that can streamline the business processes and bring efficiency


II. JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Experience: -

- Tertiary educated, preferred in MIS
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP project implementation and configuration, especially in SD/MM modules

Requirements & Skills: -

- Experience of working in Sales & Marketing or Logistic operation function is preferred
- Experience of working in manufacturing industry preferred
- Recent usage of SAP ECC6.0 preferred
- Experience in configuring Sales & Operation Planning or Demand Planning tool is a plus
- Understand business needs and identify solutions. Able to demonstrate an understanding of how SAP solutions meet customer requirements
- Team player with positive and proactive attitude, able to work under pressure and to accept new challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
