Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Using information from sales management and directly from SFDC, assist in the development of the biweekly and weekly sales forecast. The individual will provide intelligence and analysis to provide a recommendation to the Regional Sales VP
· Track Forecast to Actual Performance. Using historical data, provide reporting and analysis that compares forecast to actual performance at all levels of the organization (rep, manager, region)
· Working with headquarters and channel marketing, track dealer performance. This includes measuring actual sales to forecast, measuring ink consumption, etc
· Provide a weekly cadence in forecast calls. This person would assist the regional managers in pipeline calls with their individual teams as well as conduct a weekly call in advance of the review call with global sales operations
· Working with finance and marketing, develop a process and method of measuring ROI on regional marketing programs. The primary effort would be on the Fiery BU but this could expand as other programs are implemented.
· Work closely with the Regional Sales VP to develop unique and specific ranking programs for the region
· Provide information and reporting on the use and effectiveness of the Demo facilities, early adopter programs, and trials.
· Provide Complex bid support as required.
· Manage the region's Inkjet Garage: This includes tracking what printers are available for resale. What customer has the printer, what customer's are looking for used gear, etc. The intent is to develop a list of eligible accounts and available inventory and match supply with the demand
· Assist in quota development, compensation finalization, and region specific requirements for comp programs.
· Review/release printer deals for the region in accordance with existing, established, processes.
· Collect, analyze, and report on key business data for the Fiery BU to include inventory statistics and sales activities
· Directly manage the Contract Specialist for the region.
· Act as Chief of Staff for the Regional Sales VP
Job Requirements:
· A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior sales operations role
· College degree in business, finance, or management preferred
· Required fluency in English and Mandarin; other language skills considered a plus
· Ability to interact with all levels of the organization – from the rep through executive levels
· Knowledge of SAP and SFDC or a comparable CRM is a plus
· Must be an excellent communicator and collaborator
· Individual must be competent with numbers
· Time management skills and work efficiency are critical
· Must be able to think strategically and act tactically
· Strong skills in all Microsoft Office products
· Excellent organization skills
· Must have the ability to work well in highly complex situations and environments
· Experience and acceptance of “Matrix management and reporting” required
· Candidate will remain cool under pressure and can handle multiple tasks concurrently
· Hands-on attitude and capability is a must
· Working knowledge of SFDC is required
