职位描述
- Responsible for the implementation of leasing contract by ensuring best quality. At the same time continuous process review and improvement to guarantee speed. Representing "last control point" of SFLL to safeguard company's interests.
- Internal/External Contacts: internal: Business Processing colleagues. Internal Sales, Sales, Risk, Finance,Customer service,Collections, Business Development, Legal Service; in some cases external (project related): Vendors, Lessees, Dealers, Imp./Exp. Company, etc.
Responsibilities:
1) Contract Administration (contract review, document verification) to ensure proper activation and funding of lease contracts
2) Project clarification; Communication with other departments/ units/ customers
3) Preparation of necessary documentation for booking assets and for funding to customers incl. documentation check
4) Input and maintaining of data into LOS (SAP based system) timely and accurately
5) Ensure all business vital documents are archived and filed properly
6) Responsibility for vendor (lessees, distributors, import/export agents and other countractual parties) creation and maintenance in Nexus
7) Follow up and improvement of internal control processes
8) Additional tasks, reporting and ad hoc projects as required
Qualifications:
Knowledge
1) leasing/ commercial/ banking/ contract law in China, understand commercial terms including incoterms
2) Strong business communications skills (writing and speaking, Mandarin and English)
3) contract administration / sales supporting role
4) think customer, process improvement initiative
5) background of Project and/ or Contract Management
6) having understanding of SAP
7) financial accounting knowledge
Experience
- Over 5 years experience in commercial areas / contract management, innovative attitute for operating in a fast paced working environment with high growth.
- Able to apply commercial experience to balance risk and opportunity when making decisions; good analytical and communication skills; take initiative to solve problems and optimize processes
- Background from either Leasing, Contract Management, Banking; back-office operations primarily in financial institutions (banks, financial services providers)
- Having worked (preferrably) in an international environment or multinational corporation
