Role Description
- Company Name: naked Hub
- Position Title: Executive Assistant
- Location: #328 Hunan Road

Responsibilities:
- Daily administration support (calendar management, travel and meeting arrangement).
- Meet on a regular basis to provide project updates and share relevant information.
- Provide administrative and logistic support to the project.
- Assist with special projects and reports as needed.
- Receive screen, log and route correspondence, attach necessary background information and maintain follow-up system for action and deadlines.
- Prepare tracking documents for meetings, and update tracking tools regularly.
- Assist in arranging programs for the projects and make appointments with stakeholders, including logistical arrangements and secretarial assistance.
- Assist with translation work when necessary.
 
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years Executive Assistant experience in MNC industries.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines
- Active working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Trustworthy, honest and a good team player.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of extremely sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.
- Willing and able to multi-task.
- Attention to details.
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Self-motivated with great initiative and excellent interpersonal skill.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
 
Education/Certifications:
