Position Scope:
- Internet network management, maintenance and infrastructure design. delivery a stable and satisfied network service to customers.
- Ensure network tickets are resolved within SLA and changes are implemented on time.
- Lead and implement Internet application related project.
- Provide strong support to other team for project delivery and daily operations
- Be familiar with IT Security and Audit, work with these team to continually improve LAN/WAN service security and performance
- Manage vendors including on site support engineers who are responsible for the ongoing support of the WAN service to ensure a secure, stable and highly resilient environment.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager

- External: China Telecom and China Unicom

Knowledge& Experiences:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ISA and F5/Riverbed technology and solutions
- Be familiar with Information Security and Audit
- At least 3 years working experience in network operation
- Be good at commutation in English
- Be familiar with all CISCO products, CCNP certificate or above
- ITIL Certificate would be preferred
