Business Development Manager - Beijing
This position is for the world's largest credit card organization.

Purpose:
- To provide general operating services to Members on their daily inquiry and problem reported.
- To develop sales strategies for the company Consumer (Gold and Platinum) and Commercial (Business, Corporate and Purchasing) and facilitate Members to launch the company products in order to achieve the business targets of each individual Consumer and Commercial products.
- To develop tactical strategies in opening up non-traditional merchant segments to accept the company's cards.

Scope:
- Provides general servicing in areas of:
- Members' Issuing and Acquiring Operations
- Multicurrency settlement fund transfer operations
- Operation Certification submission
- Global Customer Service Assistance Registration, and
- International Automated Referral Service Registration.

Product Mgt
- Study Market Research on local market to identify needs for the company's products
- Guide and facilitate product launching by working closely with Members
- Recommend proposal to mgt on partnering with Members to launch The company-exclusive card acquisition programs

Acceptance Development
- Negotiate with non-traditional merchants to accept the company's cards
- Recommend proposal to mgt on joint-promotion with non-traditional merchants
- Lobby with Members to agree on special operating principles for non-traditional merchant segments

Qualifications

Professional
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in financial institutions preferably with knowledge of business development or sales
Technical
- MS Office
- PC knowledge

Business
- Good numerate skill
- Business Development experience is a must
- Good project mgt skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must have good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin language.
