a. Summary of job contents
1.Achieve required KPIs, to include outbound call numbers and time and other identified metrics
2.Support Key, Low and New Business development in the geography.
3.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data & report in system.
4.To provide solutions to meet customer needs by the profitable implementation of relevant value added services
5. Build and use internal and external networks to ensure customer satisfaction and drive activity at site level
6.To find new contacts and expand the range of products purchased to position FESTO as their supplier of choice
7.Issue, follow up and convert profitable quotations
8.Support Marketing campaigns to drive activity and sales
b. Key accountabilities
1. Achieve Sales turnover
2. Increase market penetration
3. Increase number of growth customers
4. Increase number of buying customers
5.Manage effective phone calls to customers
6. Achieve high customer satisfaction
7.Internal Sales activity management targets
8. Other defined targets
c. Computer Skills:
1.Customer oriented, good communication skill, well-organized, careful, sense of responsibility, urgency and ownership.
2.At least 2 years working experience on sales or telephone sales.
3.Good learning ability.
4.Good command in English and PC skill, being familiar with ERP system will be a plus.
