职位描述
Mission of Function:
- Sales & account core learning programs management; Support R&D Training Portfolio maintenance;
- Management and delivery of corporate mandate compliance trainings; support training programs of other topics upon assignment.
Contacts (internal / external): CC leader, SMI topic owners, SMI KAM and service team, Business managers of Sectors, Cluster
-Sector learning managers, HR, RCO, training vendors and freelancers.
Area of Responsibilities:
1. Manage the whole process of sales and account core learning programs implementation for SP1, SP2, SP3 and AP, including
daily communication with all stakeholders, participants registration, schedule maintenance, learning process administration
and onsite support;
2. R&D Training Portfolio maintenance and updating
3. Engineering and R&D core learning program management and support (Such as Software Architecture)
4. PLM Core learning program management
5. "Technical Writing" course development and delivery
6. "R&D competences and career development" training takeover and delivery
7. Plan annual schedule of complaince training in accordance with the master plan of RCO
8. Delivering all compliance trainings which are scheduled in the annual plan with high quality.
9. Maintain regular communication with RCO to ensure the most updated contents and proper information to be delivered.
10. Administer participants registration, reporting and tuition billing of all compliance training. Manage training venue
booking and setup.
11. Take responsibility as the project manager for the migration of current registration system into new IT platform.
12. Support program running of other topic areas
