职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Collect, document and analyze and regularly report product market and competitors concerning technical features and prices
- Profound understanding and regular report of market trend for strategic Portfolio decisions.
- Prepare Requirement Specifications and Change requests in PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) process
- Work with HQ Product Management, R&D, production, logistics, Customer Service, marketing and business supporting team to prepare go to market strategy
- To be the product expert in the product range to answer questions from sales supporting teams in daily business
- Prepare catalogues, brochures, technical articles, Internet presence, internal Product Information (PRODIS), fighting guides and sales supporting tools
- Prepare and update product training materials and references, provide trainings together with sales supporting team.
- Actively communicate with authorities, associations on standardization, technology trend and relevant Laws.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master Degree in electrical Machines or electrical engineering
- Deep technical knowledge about high voltage motor: at least 5 years experience with motor business in sales or sales support or engineering functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coordinate in a team with people from different departments and with different interest and targets.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skill
Personality:
- Customer oriented, capable to balance between external requirements and internal restrains of resources.
- Proactive and self motivated
