Managing the finance elements of setting-up of a WOFE from scratch
实施从外商独资企业建立之初的帐套建立及管理的财务相关工作；
Good technical accounting knowledge preferably including IFRS reporting；
丰富的财务知识，熟练国际财务报告准则为最佳；
Managing an accounting system and monthly reporting to a parent company
操作财务帐套及按月编制相关报告向总公司汇报；
Knowledge of the reporting and regulatory requirements of a WOFE
熟悉外商独资企业的会计制度，并满足外商独资企业的相关任职要求；
Manufacturing sector experience including working either in or with Chinese factories
有制造业的经验最佳，希望能熟悉服装工厂的生产流程；
Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with Chinese suppliers
与国内供应商就合同付款条件及期限等条款进行沟通谈判；
Implementing and managing financial controls within an organisation；
部署和管理组织内部的相关财务控制工作；
Understanding of international trade and shipping terms and definitions
熟悉国际贸易流程，了解相关的航运术语及定义等；
任职要求：
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
普通话流利，英语听说读写能力良好，英语优秀者更佳；
5 years minimum post qualified experience as a Chartered Accountant；
5年以上担任财务主管的经验；
3 years minimum experience in managing the Finance function of a WOFE
3年以上担任外商独资企业财务负责人的经验；熟悉相关财务流程；
Experience managing to contracts with Chinese suppliers
有对国内供应商的相关管理经验；
Experience managing the working capital requirements of a business with turnover in excess of RMB50million
有管理营业额超过5千万的企业的经验，能满足管理同等企业营运资金的需求；
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit;
具备良好的沟通协调能力，有团队协作精神；
People management experience；Strong leadership and work under pressure;
有管理团队的经验；良好的领导能力，能在压力下工作；
