职位描述
Mission:
- To help the company to reach the annual target
- To keep the portfolio in line with the company's risk strategy
Contacts:
- Report to team leader of Construction/Agriculture/Transportation Team, Transaction & Portfolio Dept.
- Work closely with Sales / Central Service
Responsibilities:
- To conduct credit rating analysis and make credit rating suggestion
- To prepare credit proposals for reaching a final lending decision
- To conduct in-depth credit research and proposal to address the related risk issues
- To perform portfolio management on daily basis to ensure early identification of risk or negative trend and prompt escalation as appropriate.
- To assist in establishing risk management strategies and policy.
- To participate in ad-hoc projects
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree
- Minimum 8 years credit/risk management experience in foreign financial institutes, and some exposure on SME/private enterprises in China is a plus.
- Solid knowledge on financial-statements analysis, cash flow projection.
- Sound understanding of economic characteristics and business environment/practices in SME market in China.
- Proven ability to perform credit evaluation and analysis, and make reasonable recommendation to mitigate the risk identified.
- Must have high level of initiative and be result-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Should have excellent cross-function collaboration ability.
- Good data processing and analyzing skill
- Sound verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
