Areas of responsibility/tasks
- Establishment and administration of an ECC ONE department
- Implementation of Siemens Export Control and Customs Policy within legal entities in scope, in order to achieve corporate objectives. Elaboration, Implementation, Enforcement and Controlling of ICP regulations (Governance Function) and resulting guidelines, organization, corporate processes, training and review programs (guideline competence and duty of control), within defined scope of legal entities
- Safeguarding of staff recruitment competences (on behalf of responsible CEO) for Export Control and Customs key functions within defined scope of legal entities, including cooperation in staffing.
- Integration of Export Control and Customs related requirements into the business strategies, processes and models; regulations for integration of Export Control and Customs related requirements into the IT landscape.
- Review and controlling of Export Control and Customs activities within scope of legal entities, including reporting to responsible CEO and CSCM ECC or Cluster ECC (if applicable).
- Establishing the legal entities interests (e.g. authorizations for simplified procedures, export licenses, etc.) with regard to ministries and government authorities; attending and monitoring of Customs and International Trade audits
- Supporting the legal entities in scope by means of specialist advice and best practice sharing, including establishment and enforcement of local working group meetings, participation in regional ECC working group meetings; participation in global working group meetings

Experience:
- Several years' experience in an export control and cutoms supervisory function;
- Several years' experience in international supply chain management (with the focus on sales / logistics) as well as in strategic Export Control and Customs tasks;
