职位描述
Mission
- The mission for SRE NEA Fire Safety Officer is to consult management and to support the business by selecting, coordinating, directing, controlling, monitoring, standardizing activities and initialing continuous improvement in order to achieve Siemens AG and SRE NEA objectives & targets in Fire Safety. He/She reports directly to SRE NEA EHS Manager

- Internal: SRE AM/BS team; REIP site OC EHS Officers, etc
- External: Fire Bureau; FM service provider; Fire Safety Service Vendor; Fire Protection System Installation Vendor, etc
Task
- Organizing and Implementing of the national/local/corporate guidelines/regulations and codes on fire safety through setting up fire protection programs within SRE NEA EHS management system
- Monitoring SRE NEA fire safety related performance, determine deficiency and obligation and track for certification
- Conduct internal training to Location Manager/Officer on yearly basis
Knowledge
- Familiar with Chinese Legislation, Regulation, National Code for Fire Safety
- Knowledge of NFPA and EU fire code is MUST
- Good master of Siemens (SBT) fire protection system installation, commissioning and maintenance
- Familiar with other brand fire protection system installation, commissioning and maintenance is favorable
- Good command of English in drafting regional fire safety regulation/code for SRE NEA sites
Education
- Bachelor or above
