Areas of Responsibility/Tasks
- Implement PBM3 in NEA, in line with PBM AA and PBM Global Strategy
- Identify, develop internal and external qualified resource; be responsible for guiding, cooperating the program related parterners, e.g. HR, busines speaker etc.
- Deeply understand Siemens, including business strategy, people development process etc. Identify what are the crucial factors for business success and develop training course/program accordingly.

Technologies:
- Micro-soft office application
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
- Writing / drawing on flipchart
Methodologies:
- Training Design / Delivery Methodology

Profess. Knowl.:
- Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferable.
- Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
Essential (today and in future)
- At least 2 years strategic Human Resource Management, or middle level management experience from International company
- Prefer to have 2 years working experience of leadership, management related topic trainer
- Successfully lead (or play a key role) at lead 3 projects, which involved cross function cooperation, coordination and communication.
- People, Business management experience more than 2 years is preferable.
- At least 5 years working experience in 1-2 international company
- Worked in international teams more than 3 years
