The ideal candidate will be able to identify, progress and close sales opportunities in banks, insurance, governments and large enterprises,that will improve un-structural information management, and improve the business processes within the organization. These solutions will be built upon enterprise content management(ECM) and business process management(BPM) platform;. Candidates must therefore understand the industry-specific business challenges facing organizations, the typical ECM/BPM solutions that would address these challenges
Success will be measured on ability to sell IBM's ECM products(ECM/BPM/eDiscovery/content analytics) as the platform to support enhanced unstructure information management and improved business process making throughout the customer organization;
Required Skills
- Candidates must be confident, assertive and skilled in Enterprise content Management;(content management, business process management, or enterprise search);
- Sales preferably with a minimum of 5 years of ECM or BPM sales experience.
- Proven strong solution selling experience, strong skill to communicate with both IT and LOB(line of business) customers to position SOLUTION and technical values, and differentiate from the competition;
- Knowledge of customer "line of business" requirement around operation process improvement, content management/image platform;
- Self driven personality and team work with the cross team on the business development; Result orientation and aggressiveness to make the business in new areas;
- Strong learning skill and strong leadership skill to lead the new business solution engagement to the new customers and new market; leveraging IBM's overall resources advantage.
