Responsibilities职责

? Managing the conceptual design process and taking the leading role in the development of design solutions together with their incorporation and maintenance throughout the subsequent design.
? Development of conceptual design solutions to the design problems and parameters agreed with the client and as contained in the Brief, together with the presentation of those solutions to the client.
? Development and maintenance of a reputation and acceptance, both outside and within Woods Bagot as a skilled and innovative designer. Keeping abreast of developments in design techniques and trends.
? Undertaking through research of both the client's needs and requirements and other similar or related projects to gain a full understanding of the design problems and parameters.
? Assisted by the Project Manager, formulation of the Client Brief for the project in conjunction with the client.
? In producing the conceptual design solution, awareness of and response to the strategic, financial and time planning for the project.
? Marketing Woods Bagot's design expertise and assisting in the raising of Woods Bagot's
reputation for design excellence
? 管理概念设计过程，领导开发设计方案，并使之设计方案贯穿整个设计之中。
? 按客户同意的参数和任务书内容，开发解决设计问题的概念设计方案，并在汇报中展示方案。
? 作为经验丰富的具有创新精神的设计师，发展并维持伍兹贝格业界的知名度，了解整个行业的发展趋势。
? 透彻研究客户的需求以及其他相似或相关项目，以便完全理解设计中的问题。
? 项目经理的协助下，与客户一起制定项目的客户任务书。
? 概念方案的设计过程中，了解并且控制整个项目的流程，财务及完成进度等。
? 提升伍兹贝格的整体的设计水平及业内的知名度。


Requirements要求
? Degree holder in interior design or architecture from recognized institution
? Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience projects.
? Demonstrated creative design on large scale projects in Asia region
? Strong conceptual design and presentation skills
? Extensive experience in the management of projects (design and design team)
? Strong management and mentoring skills to supervise small team of professional architects and designers
? Excellent communication in spoken and written English, Mandarin speaking is a plus
? Able and willing to travel as required
? 持有被认可机构所颁发的室内设计或建筑学学位
? 毕业后，至少8年项目经验
? 拥有亚洲区大型项目的创意设计经验
? 很强的概念设计和汇报技巧
? 丰富的项目管理经验（设计和设计团队）
? 很强的管理和指导小型专业建筑师和设计师团队的技巧
? 精通英语口语和书面用语，会讲普通话
? 如有需要，能够并愿意出差
