Responsibilities

? To assist the Project Leader in the management of the design process and in the development of design solutions throughout the concept master planning and control plan documentation.
? Independent research skills for benchmarking and understanding of all types of property developments.
? Sufficient skills to develop context analysis and design diagrams
职责

? 在概念总体规划和控制性规划设计过程中协助项目主管共同完成设计项目
? 独立的案例研究技能和理解各种物业开发类型
? 足够的背景分析和设计分析图的技巧

Requirements
? 3-5 yrs work experience in the master planning, urban design and landscape advanced
? Urban Design/planning/Architecture/landscape degree
? International project experience advanced
? Industry knowledge and awareness of UD/MP trends
? Must be strong bi-lingual (English / Mandarin) user to work with expatriate team and clients in daily basis.
? Computer skills in terms of Adobe package, AutoCad, Office package is a must, 3D skills advanced.

? 城市设计/规划/建筑设计/景观设计本科学位以上
? 国际项目经验优先
? 具备行业知识，并了解城市设计/总体规划趋势
? 必须具有很强的双语（英语/汉语）能力，以便每天与外籍团队和客户工作
? 电脑技能，必须会使用Adobe软件、Auto Cad、Office软件，3D技能优先
