The Program Manager will be responsible for the entire program cycle including but not limited to Program development and implementation, coordination with different stakeholders, program promotion and participants acquisition.

Key responsibility areas are:
Defining program strategy and positioning with Business Partners
Working closely with HR Business Partners to forecast annual hiring needs and trainee HC
Program promotion at target universities with road shows
Support selection of trainees if required
Facilitating the process of identifying assignments with sector program managers to ensure assignments for all participants.
Facilitating the process of identifying coaches with sector program manager and participant supervisors to ensure successful on job learning
Answering participant program questions, addressing concerns, etc…
Facilitating placements after program with HR Partners, ensuring smooth transition into line function
Program implementation supported by trainers from SMI,CT, Sectors and external partners
Coaching session with program members during the program
Leveraging program materials to market the program in China.
Develop communication plan, add info to intranet
Internal communication and promotion
Market research and benchmarking
Manage and support program community (participants and alumni)
Steer and support administration processes, special topics
Reporting KPI and project management
Projects, processes and continuous knowledge sharing within the HR community
Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:
Relevant HR training and people development and project experience.
Very strong organization, collaboration and Influencing capability.
Fluent English.
