Draft, modify and update policies, agreements, circulars regarding to employment of SLC from time to time in line with the SLC's rules and regulations based on laws and regulations of PRC.
Study on certain topics pertaining to employment to clarify the policies, regulations and practices in different areas which guide and improve HR process and programs.
Review local policies layed down by branches or the affiliated or associated companies or subsidiaries such as JV/OC according to SLC's policies standardization
Deal with HR procedure and application with the government, such as flexible and comprehensive working hour application, etc.
