职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- Technical support for Automation System products.
Working Partners/Contacts:
- Report to Section Manager, I CS Lifecycle service TS SC1; Internal contacts
- Technical engineers of TS, regional TAS, JV and so on;
- Colleagues of AS BU;
- Members of AS product promotion team;
- Sales of I IA&DT External contacts
- Customer;
- Related technical organization.
Tasks:
- Support customer to solve the technical problem on hotline;
- Develop personal ability in technology, in social skill and so on, share knowledge with team members, coaching junior team members by his knowledge and experience;
- Write or translate technical ducuments, technical support duty through website;
- Meet the technical requirements from Sales, Product Manager, Promoter, Engineer and so on, such as onsite support, technical workshop, function test;
- Report to section manager by daily communication and reports.
Education:
- Bachelor or above; Electrical preferred.
Knowledge/Languages:
- Knowledge of automation system;
- Skill of communication;
- Summarize and documentation;
- Stronger self learning ability;
- Good command in English.
Experience:
- At least 3-8 years working experience in automation industry;
- At least 3 years using experience in PLC, industrial communication and so on;
- At least 3 years experience in automation engineering or onsite application;
- At least 3 years using experience in usual IT tools;
- International enterprise technical support experiences preferred;
- Industrial branch know how experiences preferred;
- Good skill in communication, writing, team work preferred.
