Project Manager Profile
Goals/Mission:
- Project management of mining and cement projects. Be responsible for the complete project, including time schedule, budget plan, quality and cost control, risk management and optimize the resource, etc. Lead the project team to fulfill the project target.

Working Partners / Contacts:
- Internal contact: bidding manager, QM, commercial manager, engineering department, procurement, siemens headquarter, Siemens business groups, etc.
- External contact: contractual stakeholders such as client, tending agency, design institute, sub-suppliers, etc.

Tasks:
- Project management according to PM@Siemens requirements
- Cost and budget calculation, support of procurement
- Project execution control, including scope, time, budget, quality, ect.
- To guarantee the project margin and satisfy the client.
- Smooth communication with client, end user, design institute and sub-suppliers together with sales people to guarantee the correct information flow on time.
- Sub-suppliers control, including scope, delivery time, quality, etc. which comply with the Contract.
- Project risk management and change order management to minimize the technical and financial risk as well as claim the additional cost from the client.
- Leading the project team for internal cooperation

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering / Electrical/Automation/ or related.
- Candidate with PMP or IPMP certificate will be an advantage.
- Experience with project management in the area of industrial electrical/automation system is preferred
- At least 3 years project management experience for electrical or automation solution project, in mining related field or coal mine company will be an advantage.
- Approved comprehensive knowledge and experience with project execution
- Experience in foreign company will be an advantage.
- Coal mine process experience, esp. mine winder hoisting will be an advantage

Knowledge:
- PM at Siemens or equivalent (certification) or knowledge of project management module and method
- Drive technology or industrial automation
- Commercial knowledge in project business
- Finance Management
- Knowledge of law of contracts
- Contractual/business discussions
- Familiar with Siemens SIMATIC S7 product and application
- Basic knowledge for Siemens electrical drive product
- Knowledge on mining industry
- Be familiar with the relative regulations of Chinese coal mine will be an advantage
- Be familiar with the process technology of mine winder hoisting will be an advantage

Languages:
- Fluent English both in writen and speeking.
