Job Profile:
- As OG sales special for oil&gas field businee, Known Automation/Drive/Electrical, familiar with Oil&Gas field business.

Areas of Responsibility/Tasks:
- Drives the business in O&G field
负责油/气田业务。
- Develops influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win projects from those customers
与目标客户各级建立有力的联系来确保获得项目。
- Lead sales activities with assigned customers, to have a clear understanding of the Customer's business and the associated strategies, plans, competitive position and trading methods in order to create a partnering concept with company to build solutions.
负责所有对目标客户的销售活动，清楚了解客户的发展方针、规划、采购方式等，并建立起伙伴关系。
- Ensure that all Industry products, solutions and services that are sold to the customer are provided, installed and maintained in a quality way and to the satisfaction of the customer.
向客户销售工业集团所有的产品、系统、服务。
- Participate in all sales and risk process activities as required to support opportunity identification, development, negotiation and closure.
负责销售的整个流程。
- Fulfill annual sales target. 完成年度销售任务。

Competencies:
- University graduate / post graduate in Electrical/ Electronics / Automation / Engineering. Prefer from Petroleum University.
- Strong and broad understanding of current automation and electric trend
- Knowledge of automation and electrical products application in Oil&Gas field inductry
- Interpersonal and team building skills. Computer skills of Office tools.
- Ability to work independently.

Professional:
- 3-5 years experience&networks in Oil&Gas Field, prefer with sales experience.
- High Energy, self-starter who is passionate about achieving aggressive growth targets.

- Good team player & interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
