Mission of Function:
- Analyzing sales planning in early stage of the projects to ensure the early involvement of procurement;
- Defining procurement strategies in projects and ensuring the implementation;
- Establishing procurement plan for the projects and maintaining it in time;
- Establishing proper sourcing process and controlling all procurement resources and activities;
- Analyzing scope of supply and customer contract to prepare the negotiation strategy;
- Heading up price negotiations to secure project targets with optimum conditions;
- Idntifying particular risk to avoid potential damage and NCC occuring;
- Performing supplier qualification and evaluation with cross function to ensure the correct soure;
- Coordinating with all related parties to ensure the project execution on procurement side within target schedule and budget;
- Following up compliant procurement process to ensure the procurement quality.

- Technologies: Knowledge of Electrical Automation preferred

- Methodologies: Project Management knowledge preferred
- Profess. Knowl.: English skills fluent

- At least 5 years working experience , especially for project procurment,
familiar with process of project procurement or project management, good communication and negotiation skill. Experience in working in international teams is preferred
