职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- Analyze, define, design all the IT demand of entities.Fulfillment of all services as provided in the contract at budgeted costs, quality and on-time. maintainance and improvement of service quality through a constant cycle of agreeing, monitoring and reporting on service achievements, and initiating actions to continuously improve services and productivity in order to satisfy the customer.
Tasks:
- Analyze cost and demand holistically and provide IT solution base on business requirement
- Delivery steering/coordination across segments through service level management process
- Contractual change management through change managemeent including offer approval and contract approval
- Define & manage customer communications; ensure customer feedback towards delivery and results of customer satisfaction survey
- Cost management including NCC; claim management; ensure provision of correct basic data for invoicing
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above
Knowledge/Languages:
- Strong ITIL Knowledge is a must and PMP is preferred
- English: fluent
Experience:
- Experience in IT service company in 3 years and professional working experience in IT contract/service delivery management in 2 years, or being an account manager 2 years
- Experience in the project management expecial for Outsourcing deals. Being a project manager in 2 years
- 3 year international Company working experience.
