We are seeking a careful and considerate individual to fill in our administrator/ receptionist position. This position will be based in Beijing in CCS LR headquarter. The perfect person for this role will be super organised, very systematic, have excellent bi-lingual communication skills (English and Mandarin), has at least 1 year relevant working experience. The primary responsibilities are:

• Excellent reception capability to cope with our client visits and other activities
• High quality and accurate data entry
• Excellent skill in telephone manner
• To deal with expats’ requirements and travel arrangements
• Responsible for office supplies
• Co-operate for web conferences/ telephone conferences and other conference and meeting requirements

You must possess…

• A bachelor Degree or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent language skills (written and verbal) in Mandarin
• Team work skills
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
• A passion for being structured, systematic and helping others to share this passion
