- Take the responsibility for IC MOL SCM Logistics network!
Mission:
- Your are of responsibility includes to govern, manage, control and audit the logistics network, -activities and -processes of the Siemens Infrastructure & Cities Sector - Division Mobility & Logistics and the related Business Units in North East Asia Cluster, including the project logistics.
- Main goal of the position is achieving and maintaining safe, customer-satisfying and regulation compliant logistics processes with maximum contribution to operating profit from purchasing materials, logistics and services through continuous process improvements and resource optimization.
Contact:
- Work closely with SCM head, BU Procurement managers, operational logistics. Provide expert advice, training and technical assistant to all levels of the organization.
- Report to head of SCM directly. Functional reports include all operational logistics staff in the division and projects in the cluster
Task:
- Design, plan, implement, maintain and govern all Division and BU-specific logistics policies and processes. Support day-to-day operations with hands-on working attitude. Ensure transparency and measurability of the logistics process to enable reporting and planning.
- Align with relevant business partners throughout the whole organization and support implementation of Corporate or Sector driven programs and initiatives. Determine and and establish effective and innovative Logistics strategies, taking specific market environment into account.
- Take responsibility to analyze day-to-day logistics activities in the logistics community and work out individual improvement measures. Work as a trainer and coach with the individual team members in the logistics and project community.
- Definition and implementation of Division-specific IT tools and eBusiness tools for logistics, in close collaboration with SCM System Application Manager, to ensure efficient and up-to-date information.
- Represent MOL SCM Logistics to Senior Management and relevant stakeholders
- Implementation of Division-specific logistics benchmarking to initiate continuous improvement
