Day to Day Responsibilities:
Train operation team for equipment operation and train technicians for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. 对操作人员进行设备操作培训，对维修技术员进行设备维护和故障解决的培训。
Monitor and track the production performance. Provide high level technical support when necessary to solve equipment related problems timely. 监视和跟踪生产性能指标，需要时提供技术支持及时解决设备故障。
Develop SOP and related equipment document with regular review and update. 编写操作手册等设备相关文档并进行定期的回顾和更新。
Escalate issues to proper function and level to reach resolution. 将问题汇报给相关职能和级别负责人以获得解决方案。
Finish the related work assigned by supervisor. 完成主管安排的相关工作。
Troubleshooting automation line and PLC program issue.发现解决自动化程序和生产线的问题
Education & Experience
Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical and PLC program engineering
More than 8years experience in injection molding industry
Required Skills
Understand injection molding machines and auxiliary equipments deeply with strong equipment problem troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with production automation solutions with experience on automation equipments.
Familiar with equipment development process and have experience on new equipment specification, design and prototype, build and implementation.
Good project management skills.
Skill in PLC program and can understood and edit program as well.
Desired Skills
Understand injection molding process.
Soft Skills
Good commitment and sense of responsibility
Good coordination skill and team work spirit
Good communication skill with written and spoken English.
