Job Description:
1. Work on some specific quality job as QC engineer, such as quality document writing, quality issue handling, equipment evaluation and preparation etc.
在某些具体工作方面要做一些QC工程师的工作，如编制质量文件、质量问题处理，设备评价及准备等.
2. Carry out overall coaching, training, evaluation and management to QC engineer and inspector
负责对QC工程师、检验员工的总体培训,教练、考核及管理.
3. Collect related departments through quality meeting to resolve product quality problem.
通过质量会议召集相关部门解决产品特别是过程质量问题.
4. Analyse the data using statistical techniques and deliver the quality report.Organize quality meeting and follow up corrective and preventive actions
应用统计技术对产品质量进行分析统计并出具质量报告，组织质量例会并跟踪改进措施.
5. Organize a team to improve the quality problem. .
对质量改进问题进行推动.
6. Provide some quality training/consulting and solution for other departments especially production and PT.
为其他部门特别是生产、PT部门提供质量培训/咨询，以及质量问题解决方案.

Job Requirement:
1. More than 5years' experience of quality management in electronic industry.Working experience on international company.
2. At least 3 years' experience on small group leadership.
3. Experience on NPI project and quality improvement project
- Experience on production certification , such as: CCC, UL, CE etc.
- Experience on RoHS implementation.
4. English communication.
5. Have the profession background of electronics or mechanical university degree, be able to master the technique characteristics of fire electronics product and concerned national standard through self-study.
6. Understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14000. Internal auditor is preferred. 6 Sigma green belt and black belt is preferrerd.
