Main responsibilities
1.Set SMART target for team members, lead and motivate team members to reach target. Evaluate performance and develop people;
2.Define and evaluate production KPIs and lead systematic reporting;
3.Define the coherent process with relevant Division/Dept. Managers for daily operation and ensure the implementation;
4.Take lead budgeting and forecasting process to ensure timing and quality;
In charge of monthly Business Analysis reports to analyze financial performance and key business requirements for decision making support;
5.Supervise Manufacturing cost and productivity planning and controlling to enhance business competence;
6.Supervise Sales, logistic and warehouse controlling to promote company profile and satisfy customers;
7.Supervise Inventories controlling to prudently evaluate the risks and approve corresponding provisions;
8.In charge of service contract review and procurement controlling to ensure compliant and efficient purchasing activities;
9.Take lead feasibility study by NPV, Discounted Net Free Cash Flow etc. methodologies;
10.Issue business quotations upon operational requirement and ensure to comply with Transfer Pricing Regulations and Siemens TP guidelines;
11.Define SAP process, suggest solution and approve implementation upon business model;
12.Issuing frame contract /agreement and defining general terms for sales business and service purchasing;
13.Approve sales discount to ensure profit target and comply with Transfer Pricing Regulations;
14.Ensure business activities compliance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions of all business parties

Qualification
1.Demonstrated strong leadership
2.Excellent communication skills especially in multiculture environment
3.Good business sense and analytical capability
4.3+ yrs working experiences in manufacturing company, 2+ yrs managerial experiences 5.SAP FI/CO, PP, MM, SD experiences are preferable
6.Access or other ODBC applicable capability is plus
7.Fluent English in both written and oral

Education background
- Bachelor degree or above majored in commerce, accounting or business administration
