Responsibility:
1、Designing and leading a Compliance Organization
2、Providing any necessary measures (including in-house trainings and training material) for the prevention of violations of legal regulations, which can lead to sanctions under criminal or administrative law, especially anti-trust and anti-corruption law, and internal rules relating to such regulations;
3、Ensuring that by signing the employee`s Compliance Declaration, managers (including junior managers and employees with authorised signatory mandate) do undertake a commitment to abide by the law and the Business Conduct Guidelines.
4、Being a regular participant in the ´Limits of Authority´ (LoA) meetings, thus ensuring that the required compliance risk assessments for Siemens projects are duly performed and adequately escalated if applicable.
5、Supporting the respective RCO and SLC BT GCO measures for the prevention of violations of laws or regulations which could lead to corporate sanctions under criminal or administrative law, especially anti-trust and anti-corruption law.
6、Ensuring that regular business-related controls are performed and documented.These controls are designed both to prevent breaches of anti-trust and anti-corruption law and to ensure that business is conducted according to the Business Conduct Guidelines.
7、Reviewing the Compliance Program within BSCE in terms of its effectiveness and proposing to the RCO necessary changes, particularly after violations have been identified.

Qualification:
1、Experience for 5+ years in operating business responsibility, or significant 10 years personnel and legal matters.
2、Experience with different business types (job rotation to different business groups)
3、Proven Leadership skills: good listener, good communicator, trusted leader, well organized.
4、Collaboration with international teams. Intercultural experience.
5、Fluent in English and Chinese (oral and written)
