Job Description:
1. Mast plan , work out the deliver plan base on the backlog information in order to reach the delivery performance , define and follow up the weekly mast plan . Maximize the delivery capability.
2. Define the supplier chain strategy , and simulate the inventory risk and delivery capacity to balance the supplier chain flexibility , define the logistic operation under the lean thinking.
3. Study the material availability and balance the inventory turnover , modify the supplier delivery competency to avoid the material shortage .
4. Introduce the sourcing logistic framwork concept like VMI , buff stock etc , keep in line with HQ logistic strategy.
5. Reduce the logistic cost , keep in line with project manager to streamline the logistic process.
6. Control over the material reliability like MOQ and lead time on the normal sourcing , follow up the project.
7. Take part in the L3 sales organization round table meeting to clarify the demand plan.
8. Support the new product development on the material handling.

Job Requirement:
1. 5+years working experience in the international company , undertake the high pressure for the target requirement.
2. Deep understanding for the sourcing logistic mode and logistic cost , systematic control project development.
3. Stronge leadership management and good team work experience.
4. Keep in line with company target , and fast reaction for the business development . Take the proactive thinking for the future.
5. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
6. Strong collaboration and influencing skill.
