Primary Responsibilities:
- Drives operations and inter-department collaboration
- Makes strategic planning and decision based on industry expertise and business reality
- Acts as primary contact for all client communication
- Ensures performance metrics are above enterprise level
- Achieves company financial targets
- Represents client and TP brands and operates in accordance to core values
- Leads regular client and internal meetings
- Designs action plan to improve performance and focuses on execution
- Identifies business opportunity within the account
- Improvises current business processes to elevate production efficiency
Key Attributes:
- Business owner attitude
- Strong ability to influence others
- Convincing written and verbal communication skill
- Fond of complex metrics and numbers
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English languages
- Professional Microsoft Office (familiar with Mac OS)
- Minimum 5 years senior management role in call center
- Experience managing team of more than 300 headcount
